It’s Time to SPRING into Action!
The arrival of spring uncovers a menace to our community that has been hidden underneath the winter’s snow. LITTER! As months of snow melt away, a staggering amount of litter is uncovered on our city streets and in our parks. Help fight the battle against litter in our community!
Join forces this spring with community superheroes to make a difference!
Each year, over 10, 000 registered volunteers help to clean up and beautify Thunder Bay by picking up litter from streets and parks during Spring Up to Clean Up in May. You can join these volunteers and the many other unsung heroes in our community who are out there picking up trash while taking an evening stroll or going on an outing in the park. Join the Change the World group of litter crusaders in the Spring Up to Clean Up campaign and show us your community pride!
