Description
The Children’s Aid Society is looking for as many as 30 Drivers to assist any time during the day or evenings.
Help is needed to take children and youth to appointments, recreation programs, as many families do not have cars or access to reliable transportation. Some may need to bus with their young children to the dentists….volunteers can be that reliable ride.
- Orientation and training are provided.
- Agency car seats are provided if they are required.
- Volunteers are reimbursed at a rate of .49c per kilometer for the use of volunteer vehicles.
Volunteers must be adults (Ages 18+).
